I turn 44 in about 60 days, and I’m not doing some dramatic life overhaul. I just want less chaos. Less vacancy. Less inventory. Less unfinished shit. More cash flow. More space. More time for the parts of my life I actually enjoy. Right now I have properties to sell, rentals to lease, renovations starting, a website I’m building, storage units full of inventory, and a dining room that has somehow become part of Cheap Cheap.
Then there’s Flawless. At one point, I had five pallets of Flawless by Gabrielle Union hair care. Five pallets. Somewhere along the way, Gabrielle Union being Flawless turned into me becoming the unofficial Flawless distribution center of North Texas. And yes, there were a lot of packets. A lot.

At some point you have to admit: the deal may have been good, but the stuff still has to live somewhere. So that’s the theme for the next 60 days. Not “do more.” Actually, the opposite. Sell what should be sold. Lease what should be leased. Move inventory out. Get CheapCheapCloseout.com working. Clear some space. Close some loops.
I’ve already started. One rental is leased. A property that had basically become a warehouse is cleared out. A pallet got fully processed. More inventory is moving. The website is finally coming together. It’s not glamorous progress. But it’s progress. And by my birthday, I don’t need everything finished. I just want to look around and feel like life is lighter than it is today. Less stuff. Less stress. More room. Sixty days. Bring it on.
