Last week was full of activities and reflections for me. I began by assisting a client in the monumental task of clearing out a hoarder house they purchased in December and crafting a renovation plan. Having sat vacant since 2021, our goal is to make it habitable by May 2024.

Amidst this endeavor, I found myself battling COVID-19, dedicating my time to rest and recovery. During those moments of reprieve, I delved into the nostalgic world of "Melrose Place." However, the series lost its charm by Season 5, prompting me to hit the pause button. This was my first time with covid, so it was an experience.

In the spirit of giving back, I'm excited to share that I'm working on a comprehensive guide addressing the 10 most common questions I receive. This guide will be offered at no cost, and I aim to have it ready for distribution by the end of January.

Looking ahead, I've scheduled a follow-up trip to Ohio, where two potential projects await. If all goes well, these initiatives could provide housing for four families and revive one commercial space in a low-income community that is in dire need.

On the personal front, my husband and I have decided to take a break from our resale business. We'll be heading to Las Vegas next month for a much-needed getaway. During this time, we plan to shut down operations temporarily to conduct a thorough inventory check.
