It's been a rough year. I haven't hidden that. Last week my partnership with House Money Media came to an end.
Though it seems sudden to those who listen & enjoy the podcast, it wasn't. I was told I could forfeit a large percentage of the 33% and stay, but it simply didn't make any sense to me. So I opted to forfeit my entire 33% and go separate ways.
Though I'm sad I invested 6 months into this project, the relief I felt when my partners deactivated my email was euphoric. My calendar suddenly cleared & I was able to take on the passion projects I've wanted to do for awhile.
Other life updates include my sister passing away in August after a 2 year battle w cancer & my dog 🐕 Woodie passing away in October.
Lastly: I've bought 5 properties so far in 2023. And I'm looking at taking on a much larger project in 2024. More details coming next month 🙌.
I'll be updating the blog more frequently. Sharing more before & After pics & also working on getting my newsletter out regularly.
