Hello Subscribers, I hope this message finds you well. It's been a productive month, and I'm excited to share some updates with you. Firstly, I'm thrilled to announce that I have a single-family property under contract! This property is currently tenant-occupied, so my focus will be on enhancing the exterior for now. It's a great opportunity to improve curb appeal and ensure the property is well-maintained.

May Update: Building Foundations and Embracing Opportunities

In addition to this, I've submitted requests to the city to purchase some land. Out of the five parcels I'm interested in, the city currently owns four. I'm hopeful that my proposals will be approved, which would allow me to expand my portfolio and develop these properties further. Another exciting event on the horizon is the open house for my short-term rental. This coincides with The Old West End Festival, and I'm looking forward to welcoming visitors and showcasing what the property has to offer. It's a fantastic chance to connect with the community and potential clients. On a more personal note, I recently challenged a client to a no-spend week. During this period, she focused on cleaning out her closets and selling items she no longer needed. What didn't sell was donated. Remarkably, she managed to bring in an extra $420 that week! Inspired by her success, I'm working towards doing the same. It's a great way to declutter, save money, and be prepared to invest when the market softens. That's all for my May update. Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you have a fabulous day! Best regards, Tom Brickman
