It's been a fantastic busy month. I'm squeezing in an October check in in-between passing out candy. September was wild also, I won a Plutus award. I met multiple other content creators at Fincon, I turned 40 and I had 3 different Business Insider articles drop over a 3 week period.
I started putting together a free eBook to help as people start navigating buying Real Estate. This should come out by end of November & will be completely
free.
I will be Ohio bound this week. I have my May & August house both under renovation and both should transition over to rentals by December. I will be viewing a commercial deal this week and I may offer it to Joincfu. This is a community I am contributing to. I discus long term rental strategies, eBay & Amazon reselling & general ways to build wealth. We will see how the commercial space looks and if the numbers make sense.
