I started and abandoned The Frugal Gay a few times over the past 9 years. In March of 2021. I decided I'd go all in this time.

It wasn't to build new income. My goal was to get the word out to others in my community- you don't need to live pay check to pay check. Investing can change everything.

I've built the bulk of my wealth in Real Estate. But I also have a Traditional/Roth account, brokerage accounts, I invest in alternative investments. I even invest in shares of Fine Artwork through Masterworks.io .

July has been a rocky month for me. I did close on door #20 in Toledo Ohio. It's been a 20 year goal on a dream street.

I also said goodbye to my grandfather. He was 86. I'm so very thankful I got to spend 39 years with him. I wouldn't be where I am today without help and support from him.

Here are some pictures of my first short term rental 👇 a 20 year goal in the making.

I also included a picture of me - with my grandfather and grandmother- They believed in me- even when I didn't believe in me.
