These are the 6 things I did to start flipping merchandise to buy more Real Estate

I went to school debt free.

I stayed employed full time through College. My employer offered tuition reimbursement. I would flip merchandise from good will and other shops to buy books for school

I kept my eye on the prize

I would buy closeouts from a local Dillard's clearance center at the end of my street. I also found Diesel Purses at a closeout shop. I turned these clearance discarded items into money I invested into real estate improvement $.

I didn't give up w the first dud

The purses paid for an entire semester of college. Today I flip on a larger scale and own a closeout shop. I sell bras, Makeup 💄 and fragrances. I mostly sell through eBay but have a small presence on Amazon.

I followed larger accounts to try to figure out how they were sourcing.

I cut out the middle man. I learned exactly where the large companies dumped year end product. I bought what I could on a small scale

Nothing local? Keep trying

Check out wholesalers like bulq.com

This is one of my top 10 wholesalers I source from. The have a online shop and have provided a pretty good manifest of what's coming. Timing & price per piece are crucial here.

I sell bras on eBay & buy real estate with the profit... yes real

I started small

Check sold items on the @ebay app. I only invest what I can afford

Flipping merchandise has helped me build wealth. It takes 10 minutes to set up a eBay shop. I usually offer free shipping & sell at a higher price.
