Over the past 14 months I've been networking, investing & laying the ground work for The Frugal Gay brand. Social media post, podcast interviews and daily zoom calls have all been in preparation of my brand The Frugal Gay.
Who I am - I'm Tom - a 39 year old real estate investor from Dallas TX. I recently left my job of 15 years and am collecting rent from 18 doors currently.
I started the Frugal Gay to connect with other like minded individuals.
I've set up coaching as I get contacted several times daily asking real estate questions. I also want to use this platform to show off my work I've accomplished and encourage others in the LGBTQ that they can build an empire on a very average wage.
My goal here is to build up my community & help others along the way on a FI journey if that is what they are looking for.
