This week has been another stressful one. I had my family come down to Texas for a surprise visit. I found out 6 days prior to arrival. Hosting 4 family members for 6 days wasn't easy but as I hugged mom this morning as she left for the airport I really do think the visit was a blessing in disguise.
I have done some holiday rebranding of my logo this year. I've got some holiday giveaways in the pipeline so felt it was perfect time to get a little colorful.
I made some progress at door #24. This house was taken to the stud back in April when I bought it. It was supposed to be complete by October, but slow inspections had held the process up. This week we are working on tile and kitchen cabinets.
I've got an offer out on a type of property I typically run away from. Will see how things progress. I've also started a cold caller campaign for the next Month. Basically I built a list of 13k properties I'd love to own & I pay a cold caller to call them and see if they are interested in selling.
Will report back in 4 weeks w progress.
Lastly, I'm glad no spend November is coming to an end. Though I didn't do it perfectly, what I didn't spend on "stuff" I did spend on home improvements for my personal residence. 🙃
I've opened up free intro sessions & paid sessions on the frugal gay site again. I'd love to help 10 people buy their first property in 2024. I helped 5 buy in 2023.
